To import leads from external portals or third-party applications, follow these steps:

1. Go to Leads > Configure > Lead Source
2. Select the appropriate portal from the list of available third-party sources.
3. Enter the required credential details such as API key, username, password, or token provided by the external application.

Once configured, leads from the selected portal will start syncing into the system automatically or as per the scheduled import.
