If a contractor is not visible during the creation of a Miscellaneous Expense, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

• The contractor has not been created in the system.
• The contractor exists but has not yet been approved.
• The “Misc. Contractor” option has not been enabled in the contractor’s master record.

Please verify these points in the contractor master setup to ensure the contractor appears in the selection list.
