Change Stock Status to ‘Available for Lease’

To make stock available for leasing, the status must be changed from ‘Hold’ or ‘Available’ to ‘Available for Lease’.

For External Projects:

• No manual status change is required.
• During stock creation, the system automatically sets the status to ‘Available for Lease’.

For Internal Projects:

Follow the steps below:

Navigation:
Projects > Project Master > Select the Sub Project > Stock

Steps:

1. Step 1:
   • Set “From Status” as “Hold”, then click Go.
2. Step 2:
   • Against the relevant Unit, select the “Lease” option.
   • Set “To Status” as “Available”, then click Change Status.
3. Step 3:
   • The rental status will be successfully updated to “Available for Lease”.
