As a Sales Head, why am I unable to see my teammates’ data?

If you’re unable to view your team members’ data, follow these steps to check the configuration:

  1. Go to Leads > Reporting To
  2. Verify the reporting structure — ensure that your team members are correctly mapped under you.
  3. On the Dashboard: Click the blue human icon at the top-right corner and select the team members whose data you want to view.
