Example:
Suppose a sub-project has a total budget of ₹10,00,000 allocated for January 2025–March 2025. This amount is distributed among various work categories like Civil Works, Electrical Works, etc. Within Civil Works, there may be further sub-work categories like Foundation, Masonry, and Plastering.

If you want to adjust the budget between “Foundation” and “Plastering”, such changes are allowed—but only between January 2025–March 2025. You cannot move budget allocations between 2025 and 2026 unless a new period is defined and allowed at the sub-project level.
Note:

• Budget distribution / reallocation is possible at all Sub Project, Work Category and Sub-Work Category levels.
• For Material Types, budget distribution is only possible at the Material Type level (not sub-levels).
