Steps to Pre-feed Communication Templates:
- Navigate to Leads > Configure > Email – SMS
- Choose the type of template to create:
- Click on Create WhatsApp to make a WhatsApp message template.
- Click on Create Email Template to draft a pre-set email format.
- Click on Create SMS Template to define a standard SMS message.
- Fill in the Template Details.
- Click on Create to finalize and store the template.
