Yes, it is possible to modify the Lease End Date in the Term Sheet.

Navigation:
Rental → Term Sheet → Open the relevant Term Sheet

Steps:

1. Modify the Lease End Date.
2. Click Update to save the changes.
3. A pop-up will appear asking to confirm the Lease End Date change in Commercials and Maintenance.

Once updated, the new date will automatically reflect in both Commercials and Maintenance types.

Note:
If you cancel the pop-up, the Lease End Date will not be updated in Commercials and Maintenance. It will retain the old Lease End Date.
