Once a Term Sheet is created for a lead, the lead is automatically converted into a Tenant. As a result, it will no longer appear under the Leads page.

How to search for the converted lead:

Navigation: Rental → Tenant

Step 1: Enter the Tenant Name in the search field.

Step 2: Click Go to view the details.
